Lt. Col. Kaushik Sircar

Lt. Col. Kaushik Sircar is a serving officer of the Indian Army who by dint of his service has had opportunity to serve in the remotest parts of India for over 18 years. A post graduate from Madras university and an MBA (Pers) from SIMS, Pune. He is also a Senior Level Defence Management Graduate from DAW Indore. He is a wide traveler and has reflected his personal and practical approach to rural marketing. He has been very closely associated with the Tata Group’s Tata Tea Ltd. And has had the opportunity to associate his first work on rural marketing with the Tea Major. Through this book he has put to forth his rich practical experiences in a form understood even by a layman.
