Meera Sroaff

Meera Sroaff (b. 1957) acquired her Doctoral degree in Women & child welfare from University of Florida (USA). After returning to India she joined the Department of Women & Child Welfare, Orissa. She has undertaken extensive studies of Child welfare issues thought out the India. Her other important book is: Child Health Care Programme: goals for Next Millennium. Presently, She is based in Bhubaneshwar. She writes a weekly column on Child issues which is published in about 20 papers in 5 languages, both in India and abroad.
