About the authors

Harvinder Kaur

Dr. Harvinder Kaur, studies at Kurukshetra University which awarded her Masters Degree in Commerce (1985) and M.Phil in 1986. She obtained her Doctorate i 2003 from Agra University. Dr. Kaur is presently working as senior faculty memebr in Department of Commerce in Guru Nanak Girls College, Yamuna Nagar, a Prestigious educational institution of Haryana affiliated to Kurukshetra University. She has teaching experience of more than 18 years to her credit teaching Degree and P.G. classes in Commerce and Management. She has contributed a number of articles to the various academic journals.

K.L. Gupta

Dr. K.L. Gupta is Head, Department of Post-graduate studies and Research in Business Administration in S.V. College, Aligarh (Agra University). Dr. Gupta had a brilliant academic career, securing first division in B.Com., M.Com., and M.A. (Eco) and topped Agra University in all these examinations. He was awarded Ph.D. Degree in 1978 and D.Litt. in 1993 by Agra University. He has thirty seven years experience to his credit teaching Degree and Post-graduate classes in Commerce, Economics and Management (including Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi during 1970-71). He has authored a number of books on various subjects such as Indian Economics, Industrial Economy, Public Enterprises, Industrial Democracy, Quantitative Techniques, etc. A number of his research papers have been published in various journals of national repute.
