Administrative Reforms in Nepal

Madhab P. Poudyal (Author)
Synopsis Administrative Reforms in Nepal is a thorough investigation of a little known aspect of a country which has remained largely cut-off from the rest of the world, sandwiched as it is between the two giants – China and India. Emerging from a medieval feudal system of government, Nepal is now poised for increasingly rapid change. Dr. M.P. Poudyal’s analysis of the Commission Approach to Administrative reform finds that, despite some very adverse features, Administrative Reforms in Nepal is headed in the direction of increased efficiency and accountability to the people Government and the King of Nepal. Administrative Reforms in Nepal is a detailed explotation of all aspects of personnel behaviour and Civil Service conditions in Nepal.
