Dr. Najma Amin has held he position of Head, Department of Educational Studies and Provost Girls Hostel of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. For the last 20 years she is actively engaged in guiding research on the education of girl child, parenting, counseling, cognitive development and organizational behavior. An resource person she is associated of NIEPA, Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. Of India, SCERT New Delhi, DIETâ€™s, Academic Staff College of Jamia Millia Islamia. She has written several articles and reviewed books.
