Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are now being promoted by Government of India through liberal policies under drone rules 2021, standard operating procedures for chemicals and nutrient applications in agriculture and subsidy scheme for “Kissan drones”. Knowledge of drone technology is very essential for development of better ecosystem for drones in agriculture. This book will be very useful for the students, scientist and researcher for understanding of the fundamentals of drone technology and its applications in different areas like precision farming, disaster management, mapping and surveying, asset inspection, aerial photography, live streaming of events, product delivery, etc. This book is designed and framed according to the necessity of learning fundamentals of drone technology and its applications in different domain especially in agriculture related research.
