It reflects varied situations in one’s life, the battle with the inner self, the cycle of success and failures, and the endless exploitation of the innocent nature. Moreover, it gives voice to the uncharted entities that resides in our collateral world, endures self-belief and condemns to live like a shallow puppet in this hypocrite society. Satabdi Mohanty was born in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and now works as a consultant in an IT company. She started writing at a young age and devotes most of her time in reading, writing and travelling. After years of writing for herself, she has finally decided to bring out her first book, An Elusive Repose, a collection of her poems.
