Dr. Susmita Chandra is a senior member of State Higher Education Service, Uttar Pradesh and currently working as Reader in the Department of Economics, N.S.B. Govt. Girls Degree College, Lucknow. She has had a distinguished career as a student and a research scholar. She did her Graduation and Postgraduation from Meerut University. She was awarded ICSSR Fellowship to complete her research for Ph.D. Degree under the supervision of eminent Economist Prof. T.S. Papola. She has also been associated with Giri Institute of Developmental Studies, Lucknow as a Research Fellow.
