He has a long distinguished professional career extending over three decades with wide variety of rich experience in key management assignments. He has served the Indian Institute of Technology for more than two decades and then as the director of Guru Nanak Institute of Management, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. Such a practical experience combined with his extensive study and intensive research in Management concepts, theories, their applications has enabled him to bring practical insight. After his Masters degree in Economics, he obtained post-graduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Masters degree in Business Management (MBA), Degree in Law followed by Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law and Ph.D. He was also awarded Doctorate by World University. He was awarded prestigious titles “Research Adviser of the year 1990” (U.S.A.) and titles “Man of the year 1991” (U.S.A.). He has been a senator member of High chamber of “International Parliament for Safety and Peace” (U.N.). Recipient of several “Gold Medals” and “Hall Mark Medallions” and “World Decoration of Excellence” (U.S.A.) He is highly talented, scholarly, prolific and widely read author. P.K. Gupta

Dr. P.K. Gupta did his M.Sc. (Ag.) Soil Science from University of Udaipur, Udaipur in 1980. He obtained Ph.D. degree from Rajasthan Agricultural university, Bikaner in the field of soil fertility during the year 1992. Dr. Gupta started his career as lecturer in Soil Science at University of Udaipur. During his service career he has worked as Asstt. Professor, Associate professor and Head Department of Soil Science, College of Agriculture, Bikaner, Professor Soil science, ARS, Kota. He has also served Rajasthan Agriculture Drainage research Project funded by CIDA as a consultant. At present Dr. Gupta is Zonal Director research at Agricultural research Station (Maharana Pratap university of Agriculture & technology). Kota. Dr. Gupta has published more than 50 research papers and technical articles in various journals and magazines of national and international repute. He has also written books on, Vermicompositing for Sustainable Agriculture; Soil, Plant, water and fertilizer Analysis and a Handbook of Soil fertilizer and Manure.
