Synopsis Education is an essential part of human activities and adventures, which make people live well in any society. Objective and subjective education will not come in our way on its own without proper educational leadership. Educational leadership effectively brings advantageous changes both in educational scenario and in social structure. Educational leadership and social changes are very closely inter-woven and cannot be seperated from each other on any basis. Understanding this, an international seminar was organised in Tallinn, Estonia in November 1994. This seminar has brought educationists, teachers, researchers and politicians from 16 countries into a close contact to exchange their experiences and expertise, which are the contributing factors for the preparation of this book. This book prepared on the experiences of the Fifth International Seminar of 'Educational Leadership International' will help the educational leadership in bringing the necessary changes in any educational set-up in order to establish an effective educational enterprise and to bring the necessary social changes.
