Mr. Sudhir Dawra has over nine years of experience in writing books. He is a prolific author of Management and IT books. He is an active member of Labour Commission of India. His Current research areas are Human Resource Development, Management Information System and Software Engineering. He has made various projects for government, semigovernment and private organizations. He has provided consulting support in the areas of MIS and Software Engineering. He has developed many projects as a Senior Analyst in Software Projects Life Cycle. A few corporates with whom he has worked are Indian Oil Corporation, Tokas Travels Chandra Enterprises, WEC-IMC and National Thermal Power Corporation. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Delhi University and Masters in Computer Applications from H.N.B. Garhwal University. Presently, he is pursuing Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) and providing consultancy in MIS, Software Engineering and in its allied areas. His books on career, Management and Computers have already been published. Some of them are on Indian Economics, Hospital Administration, WTO, Information Technology, Directory of Management Courses. His Courses. His books are widely acclaimed in the market.

Dr. Versha Mehta is a Reader in the Department of Management Studies, University of Jammu, Jammu. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Management Information systems and Master of Computer Application. She has authored and presented a number of papers during various seminars and conferences in India and abroad and has several publications to her credit. She was a visiting fellow at Maison de Sciences d’l Homme, Paris in 1996 and also a commonwealth post doctoral research fellow at University of Edinburgh, U.K. during the year 2001. She specializes in the areas of Information Technology, E-commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning and Management Information Systems and has been a member of the faculty since 1987. She has also contributed number o consultancy and research projects.

Dr. A.S. Sudan has been actively associated with academic activities in the Post-Graduate Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, Jammu both as student and researcher. He obtained his M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Jammu, Jammu. He also holds D.B.M. from the same university. Dr. Sudan has attended a number of national and international seminars and conferences in which he presented the papers and participated in deliberations of these conferences. A life member of Indian Commerce Association, currently, Dr. Sudan is engaged with full time teaching assignment. His books viz. Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Personnel Management (in 2 Vols.) and Marketing Management of Handloom Products were widely acclaimed.
