It helps to generate employment particularly for farmstead women because they possessed abundant potential and possessions to take up an enterprise, as they have the benefit of easy availability of farm and livestock based raw material and other resources. Hence, they can effectively undertake both production and processing oriented enterprises. The book will give a clear picture of the degree of entrepreneurial determinants possessed by women engaged in sericulture along with the capacity building measures.
