About the author

Vipin K Singh

The author has undertaken the venture to establish a position for unheard, unknown and unnoticed literatures of less privileged communities of India on a global platform amongst other indigenous and mainstream literatures.  The author is associated withIndira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, MP, India as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and Foreign Languages. The author is an awardee of a Major Research Project sanctioned by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. He has been the founder editor of Mekal Insights, a research journal published by Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak; currently he is the chief editor of Journal of Tribal, Folk and Subaltern Studies.
