This is a case-based study featuring 51 uncommon cases of headache disorders. It also includes 10 commentaries, incorporating most recent information on subjects relevant to the case discusses. The cases are discussed in a very interactive way with the case history and findings followed by investigations performed and the results of therapy, when applicable. This clinical note is followed by a series of questions which are likely to crop up in the minds of the readers after going through the case. The final section is the discussion, which lie the answers to all the questions raised along with other relevant and up to date information on the subject discussed. All cases have been discussed in conformity with the current classification proposed by the International Headache Society in the International Classification of Heache Disorders.
