Shailesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor and in-charge, Plant tissue culture Laboratory, RAU, Pusa and has several years of experience working with plant tissue culture. He has been a meritorious student of BHU, Varanasi and IARI, New Delhi with many fellowships awarded by ICAR, CSIR and UGC. He is the Co-PI of a National medicinal Plant Board sponsored project. He has been teaching Plant Physiology and Biotechnology courses and has good research publications.
