Indian Bird Migration Atlas

S. Balachandran (Author) Tuhina Katti (Author) Ranjit Manakadan (Author)

The book provides a map for the recovery data of each species, the global distribution of the species (showing breeding, non-breeding and native resident ranges). Time lapse and season wise recoveries are explained. There are lots of surprises in the book for readers, like a House Sparrow ringed in Bharatpur was recovered in Kazakhstan and a South Polar Skua ringed in Antarctica was recovered along Karnataka coast, 17500km away from the ringing site!
