H.S. Chopra has a rare distinction of holding two doctoral degrees, one is History and the other in Library and Information Science. He has also contributed a number of articles to National and International journals including Encyclopedia of Library and Information Science (USA). He has already six books to his credit. Presently he is working as Head in Guru Nanak Dev University Library, Amritsar (Punjab).
