K.V. Raju is Senior Fellow, Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies on Environment and Development, Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore, Earlier, he has held various important positions including regional Planner, Agroclimatic Regional Planning Unit of the Planning Commission. He has also served as a social scientist with the Water Resources Management and Training Project of USAID and as a consultant to the World Bank.
