Synopsis In the past fifty years, the community of nations has produced a number of international human rights instruments both at the universal and the regional levels, which are designed to secure the promotion and perfection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The book contains all important human rights and refugee instruments available at regional and universal levels. At national level, statute of three commissions, namely, national human rights commission, national commission for women and national commission for minorities are included under national section of this book.
