The volume also deals with Policy perspective of the Indian state, the emerging issues such as devolution of funds functions and functionary's, community participation planning, natural resource management, centrally sponsored schemes, parallel institutions and need to strengthen these institutions for inclusive governance.

Ph.D & M. Phil from Central University,  Hyderabad.

Post-Graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and
Grauated from AP Residential Degree College, Nagarjuna Sagar,
At present Assistant Professor, Centre for Panchayati Raj, National Institute of Rural Development since 2004.
Training and Research Coordinator in Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad for four years.
Fellow SRTT-Naandi Foundation and
Participated in the election studies of Centre for Study of Developing Societies.
