Ramesh Menon was born in 1951 in new Delhi. He attended St Columbaâ€™s and St Xavierâ€™s High Schools, and St. Stephenâ€™s College. He has lived and worked in Delhi, Hong Kong, Bangalore and Jakarta, and now lives in Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu. He is the author of two previous books â€“ Blue God: A Life of Krishna and The Hunt for K, a novel.
