Dr. Kaustubh A. Sontakke is gold medallist in M.Com (finance and Accounts) from University of Mumbai. He has done MBA (Finance) and M.A. (Economics). His M.Phil. is in financial marketing with special reference to Bancassurance. He has doe Ph.D. Business management with Focus on BPO Industry. He has edited a book titled as "Contemporary Issues in Commerce and Management". He has written and published number of research paper and article in renowned magazines and journals. He has presented various research papers in various national and international conferences, seminars and workshops. He has total seven years of teaching experience in reputed management institutions in Mumbai. Currently, he is with Pillai's Institute of Management Studies and Research as Asst. professor of Finance.

Dr. G.Y. Shitole is presently working as Reader in Commerce at S.N.D.T. Women's University, Mumbai-20. Dr. Shitole is a senior faculty member with nearly three decades of teaching experience. He is a recognized guide of S.N.D.T. Women's university as well as Yashwantrao, Nashik. Dr. Shitole has written 2 books and has published 26 articles in various journals and magazines. He has also supervised 6 research scholars for Ph.D. in Commerce.
