Though many would agree to yes but as the government organizations interact with the e-common man in the era of fast emerging communication technology, we see common manâ€™s privacy right being infringed more than ever. Who perceives it? Who cares about it? And has anybody ever cared to rather deeper into the issue? The book throws light on the issues and digs deep to find many examples of privacy infringement and suggests the level to which it may be restored. Certainly, a few frontiers are tough or impossible to challenge, but yes, the care should be taken.

Sulabh Jairam, writes for a number of Asian journals on issues related to human rights, society and culture. His book on state of woman in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam has won him critical acclaim. His concern about the fundamental rights of human beings is echoed in his present book. Jairam, now lives in Liverpool, working on a Sweden funded project.
