Synopsis This book marks part of the Golden Jubilee celebration of the prestigious Indian Institute of Public Administration, founded by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru in 1954. It is the outcome of the dialogue, debate, and presentations made at the two-day (December 12-13, 2003) National Conference on Public Administration in 21st Century organized by Prof. Noorjahan Bava, Member, Executive Council, IIPA.
