Our online Purchase Order Accounts are a convenient, cost-effective way for libraries, schools, government agencies, and companies to purchase products from Bagchee.com. Our P.O. Accounts are similar to a line of credit, not a credit card; we do not charge interest.

Paying by Purchase Order

Add the items you want to purchase by clicking the Add to Shopping Cart button on the right side of each item's product information page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of any page on our Web site.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Sign in with your e-mail address and password, select that you want to use your corporate account, and provide the necessary shipping and payment information. You will be given the opportunity to indicate that you want to pay using your corporate credit account. You will also be able to enter any relevant purchase order number.

When you are ready, click the "Place your order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

You might also want to take advantage of one of the following alternatives:

Pro Forma Invoice: After you make an order marked to be paid by check, visit Your Account and click the "Print invoices" link in the View by Order box. Sign in using the e-mail address and password associated with your Bagchee.com account and click the "View or change order" button next to the relevant order. Next, click the "Need a printer-friendly invoice?" button toward the bottom of the order summary. Finally, click your browser's Print button to print your invoice.

Deposit on Account: You may pre-pay orders by depositing a sum of money in an Bagchee.com account. Create an account by making your first order. Then simply send a check for a larger lump sum, noting your e-mail address, and we will place the funds in your account. As long as you access the same account, we will automatically draw on the available funds for future orders marked to be paid by check. Read more about paying by check.

Credit Card: Payment can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, or JCB--either corporate or private.
