In chapter six Lord Krishna reveals The Astanga Yoga and Bhakti Vedanta, and the exact process of practicing it. He explains in details the difficulties of the mind and the procedures by which one may gain mastery of their mind through yoga. Thus this chapter is entitled: The Science of Self-Realization.
