USTAD ALLAHRKHA KHAN & FAZAL QURESHI The late Ustad Allahrakha Khan was one of the towering figures of the 20th century. He has received honorary certificates from the Prime Minister of Mauritius, the High commission of India in West Indies and Oslo and a Military commendation from Manipur (Imphal).
