    he availability estimate on each item's product detail page describes how long it will take that item to reach one of our fulfillment centers once you place your order. Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available in at least one fulfillment center. Once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. This process can take a few hours to a few days. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of the items being in stock. 

    The availability estimate does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose. 

    When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once you've placed your order, you'll be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account. 

    We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable
  • Delivery Estimates

    The charts listed above display the total delivery time from the moment you order an item.you can calculate when an item will be delivered by simply adding the shipping availability time displayed on each product page ("Usually ships within 24 hours," for example) to the number of days your shipping method will take. Here's the simple equation: 

    Shipping Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time 

    Example: If a book with a shipping availability message of "Usually ships within 2-3 days" is sent via Standard Delivery ("6-16 business days"), it will arrive in 8 to 18 business days.

  • Order Status/Tracking an order

    You may check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account and clicking on "View previous Orders". Order history will be displayed for you, including order date, order number, order status, and total price. By clicking on "View Order Details," you can see all details for that particular order including the tracking information for shipped orders.The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your Orders and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below. 

    This page can also be printed for your records.

    Please note that some shipments, such as Standard shipments, are not trackable. If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in Your Account.

    Sometimes items in your order have different shipping availability messages, or ship from different warehouses. We'll consolidate your items into single shipment. Depending on the availability of the items you're purchasing, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship, but you'll save money on shipping.

    Ordering items with different availabilities? Don't let the slower items hold up the rest of your order! Choose this option to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock.
