Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Bagchee. If for any reason, you are not happy with the merchandise you buy from us, you can return it to Bagchee unused in "as purchased" condition within 30 days.

Please email cservice@bagchee.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA . For faster service, please also email customer name, invoice number, order number and nature of the problem.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Bagchee on returned items, and Bagchee will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Bagchee within 30 days from the invoice date for replacement or Exchange.

Any discrepancies with what you ordered and what was received must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of you receiving the order.

Once your return is processed, Bagchee will credit or refund the value of the product total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
