Refunds
We can process refunds for items directly purchased from Bagchee. If you just need to return an item, send email to cservice@bagchee.com.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 2 to 7 business days of our receiving your return.
