At Bagchee, we understand the unique needs of library acquisitions departments and collection-development specialists. Because we accept library purchase orders, guarantee the condition of each book, offer easy returns, and support your account with comprehensive and personal customer service, you can select and order books with confidence.

Purchase Orders accepts purchase orders from libraries, schools and other institutions worldwide. Purchase Order payment option is available on the payment section of checkout. The payment section of checkout also has a space to indicate a PO reference number, if applicable.

Steps for placing an order with a PO on

Create a account: If you don't already have an account, create one here: create account.

Pick out your books: Select the books you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart.

Checkout: Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and choose 'Purchase Order' for the payment type during checkout. There you'll find a space to indicate a PO reference number, if applicable.

Paying by Purchase Order: Receive your invoice: Approximately 15 days after the order is placed (depending on the estimated ship time) we will send out an invoice via post, email or fax. Terms are net 30.

At checkout customers can also pay via Credit Card or via PayPal.
