Fritz Berger (Photography)
Synopsis

In The Shadow of Gaurishanker portrays the changes seen in Dolakha district in eastern Nepal over the past 40years. The photographs in colour and back & white take us back to vanishing traditions, costumes and knowledge, and the struggles of the hill people on their way to a better future.
