Synopsis It has been a long felt need of the music lovers to have a source index of Carnatic music Compositions, from where they could find out the name of the raga, composer and tala of often heard and popular compositions. I have tried to compile an index of about 6000 compositions which are more popular and are often heard in concerts and elsewhere. The present volume is a venture in this direction.
