Raviraj J. Raval - excellently indian in appeal and treatment Jan, 01, 1970

The Wreck is an exquisite piece of literature exhibiting indian panorama and scenario in its own way. Tagore has very skilfully melanged and somewhere juxtaposed two ideologies- conservative and reformative, the then prevailing two opposite streams in which the then society was flowing.
