Dr. Kamal Kansal born on 20th August 1957 graduated with merit from Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi, in 1977. Received Medal from Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi, and Dr. Kaura Lal Ram Krishan Sachdeva Memorial Award for Academic Performance in the Institute. Received "B. Jain International Award (Gold Medal) in Homoeopathy for the year 1993", in recognition for his contribution to enrich the Homoeopathic Literature, "Special Award" for the year 1994, 1995 for literary contribution and dedication in propagation of Homoeopathy. He was associated as Homoeopathic physician with Govt. of Delhi. Founder of Homoeopathic Forum and was Editor of "Homoeopathic Up-date". Received Hahnemann award by Research Society of Homoeopathy in 1997. Star of excellence in 1998 by faculty of Homoeopathy, Malaysia. "Saraswati Samman" in 2002 by National Academy of Homoeopathy, India. Dr. Yudhvir Singh award by Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine in 2002. Gold Medal and Life Time Achievement Award by Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine in 2003/2004 in recognition of meritorious services rendered by him for the cause of Homoeopathy especially in field of cancer treatment.
