Overview for Hindu Tantra Yoga
Present book in the form of 'monograph' is an outline to Hindu Tantra philosophy and Sadhana. Purpose of this monograph is to reach out the masses therefore it has been written in a simple language and produced with some paintings and photographs so far it could be easily understood. All paintings whether original or reproduced has been painted by my wife Sneh Gangal who is one of the finest miniaturist of India. She has been awarded by President Abdul Kalam in 2003 with 'National Award' for her contribution to miniature. I hope this book will be beneficial to those who are interested in Tantra Sadhana and Philosophy since the book covers various aspects of Hindu Tantra Sadhana and philosophy. In a separate chapter 'Tantra and Sex' I have thrown light on meditation on sexual energy and emanation of devatas but due to constrain I have not touched its bigger aspects like 'kaulika perfection' etc. yet it will be useful to readers.
