The book is based on 19 Organ system, arranged on hierarchial order (nervous system to generalities, like Kent repertory) to prevent recurrence of disease with its synonyms at various chapter which saves times & make easy comparison between the similar remedies at one place.  Each chapter contains various single specific disease of their origin or manifestation site.  316 Single disease is denoted by list of remedies in dilution, mother tincture or trituration arranged alphabetically, described by one line distinguishing symptom followed by combination & proprietory product, if available.  The indication of remedies & potency are based on books written by legends of homoeopathy with clinical experience of myself & my mentor Dr. Sandeep Jha, Bhopal.  But the indications of proprietory products are not mentioned because of non availability of authentic data or literature by any neutral laboratory or institution of public or private sector.  It is the field which require great emphasis on clinical verification of proprietory products.
