This book highlights one of the most important issues relating impact of closures/relocations of industrial units on laboureres with special case of Delhi wherein thousands of unauthorised units were closed/shifted outside Delhi as a result of implementation of Master plan of Delhi 2001 and environmental concern. I think it is worth reading, written in a very simple language.
