    The book is really giving an excllent and vivid description of the techniques and benefits of different asanas and pranayams.The theme of meditation has alo been explained in a very lucid manner.     We have been greatly benefitted by the practice of the asanas and pranayams especially so in case of my wife who has been suffering from spondylitis for the last three years and medicines/other excercises recommended by various physicians were of no avail.
