About the authors

Laxman Mohanty

Laxman Mohanty is Director, Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. He has previously taught at the Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Dr. Mohanty has been working in the field of computer education for schools since 1986 and has been teaching IT strategy at the Principal's Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), since 2000. He has written two series of books on computer for schools and has also been involved in designing software packages for schools.

Neharika Vohra

Neharika Vohra is Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Her training in educational, developmental, social and cross-cultural psychology, and subsequent work experience with teachers, principals, and education administrators has contributed to her interest in areas such as leadership, psychometric testing and selection, and training and development. Dr. Vohra conducts training programs for principals at IIMA and is also involved in teacher training at various schools in India and abroad. She has published several papers in national and international journals.
