His teaching and research interests include Analog Electronics, Communication Electronics, Linear and Non-linear Circuits and Optoelecronics. He has several research publications in the area of Optoelectronics in various international journals.

K.N. Tripathi

K.N. Tripathi, M.Sc., Ph.D. is presently working as Professor and Head of the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi-South Campus (UPSC), New Delhi. His main areas of teaching and research include Microwave Electronics, Dielectric Waveguides, Photovoltaics, Network Analysis and Synthesis and Optoelectronics. He has been invited to various countries as Visiting Professor. He has published several research papers in various international journals.

P.C. Mathur

P.C. Mathur, M.Sc., Ph.D. is working as a Professor in the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi South Campus. His main research areas include semiconducting material preparation, Characterization and their Devices. He has about two hundred and fifty research papers published in international scientific journals.

Avinashi Kapoor

Avinashi Kapoor, M.Sc., Ph.D. is presently a faculty member in the Department of Delhi-South Campus. He served as a faculty member and Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. His teaching and research interests include Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, digital Signal Processing and Optoelectronics. He has several research papers published in the area of Phtovoltaics and Optoelectronics in various journals of international repute.
