About the author

K. Sham Bhat

Prof. K. Sham Bhat was born in 1958. He got his M.A. degree in Economics from Calicut University in 1981 and Ph. D. degree in Economics form Cochin University of Science and Technology in 1986. He has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. He published more than 50 articles in National / International Journal. Besides, he presented more than 60 articles in National / International Conferences. He is also planning member of Government of Pondicherry. At present, he is Heading the Department of Economics, Pondicherry University and also Chief Editor of Asian African Journal of Economics and Econometrics.
