Kiran Singh, M.A., Pol. Sc., History, Hindi, M.Lib. & Info. Sc., Ph.D., D.Litt., is a renowned person in the field of education and library and information science. He has to his credit a great number of awards, the most recent being Sikshavid Award (2003), Dr. Ambedhkar Ratna Award (2002), Meerut Ratna Award (1999), Sher-e-Punjab Award (1997). For the last several years he has been getting Ideal Teacher Award. At present, he is serving as a Librarian, NAS P.G. College, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He has published more than fifty articles in reputed magazines and journals.
